Do you feel overwhelmed by your personal finances? In this session, I will go over my top 10 tips for young professionals. I will help you demystify your credit score, decide how to choose between Roth/401k, figure out how much to save towards retirement, and feel more confident in handling your finances.
Session #2: Buying your First Home on the Peninsula, October 26th
Do you wonder how you will ever be able to afford a home on the Peninsula? For this session, I have partnered with Raziel Ungar, the top Realtor in Burlingame in 2015 & 2016 (number of homes sold, per MLS). We will go over the basics of buying a home, share how to set realistic expectations, and provide a local market overview of nice neighborhoods along the Peninsula.
Session #3: Estate Planning 101 for Young Parents, November 30th
If you just had a baby, or are expecting one soon, now is a great time to get your estate plan in order. I will present alongside Alan Khalfin, an estate planning attorney from Vaksman Law Offices, to go over the basics of estate planning. We will talk about why estate planning is critical for new parents and share cost-effective ways to protect your loved ones.
